Most orders made with SendOutCards are processed, printed, and mailed within one to two business days. Final delivery times may vary depending on the items ordered, the destination address, the shipping method selected, and other various factors. An estimated delivery time overview based on the type of product ordered is outlined below.
Heartfelt or Automated Sends
If your Heartfelt or Automated send has an immediate send date, you can make changes to your pending cards until 11:59 p.m. (MT). This card will be sent out of the home office the following business day.
If your Heartfelt or Automated send has an immediate send date but you press Ready to Send AFTER 11:59 p.m. (MT), then you will have until 11:59 p.m. (MT) the following day to make any changes. Your card will not be sent until the following day.
Ex: Jane Doe sent her card on 4/1 at 8 p.m. (MT). Jane made changes to her personalized card on 4/2 at 4 p.m. (MT). On 4/3 Jane's card was printed, stuffed, stamped, and sent to the post office to be delivered to her recipient.
If your Automated send is future-dated, you can make changes to your pending cards until 11:59 p.m. (MT) on the day before the send date.
Cards without gifts mailed to addresses within the US and Military Addresses (FPO, APO) (excluding custom bulk orders)
All cards will be printed, stuffed, and stamped at our corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah, and then deposited in the United States Post Office mail stream at the Salt Lake City, Utah postal facility within 24 business hours of printing. We print Monday-Friday (excluding major/postal holidays). Cards are then routed based upon the destination address. Just as when you send a card in the mail, card orders without gifts will not have a tracking number.

Cards Mailed to addresses within Canada and Australia
After printing, the cards are stuffed and stamped with the corresponding Canadian/Australian postage. To expedite card delivery, the cards are sent via an express courier directly to postal facilities located in the destination country. Once received at the local postal facilities, the cards are deposited into the postal stream. Just as when you send a card in the mail, card orders without gifts will not have a tracking number.

Custom Bulk Orders of Cards-
Custom bulk orders are sent via the shipping provider selected at the time of order. The shipping options and expected delivery dates will be reviewed by the support agent taking the custom bulk order.

Cards with Gifts (excluding gift cards) mailed to addresses within the United States and Military Addresses (FBO, APO)-
All cards will be printed at our corporate headquarters in Salt Lake City, Utah. We print Monday-Friday (excluding major/postal holidays). Cards are then packaged together with gifts placed in the same order. We try our best to package everything in one box but multiple boxes may be used for larger orders.
After preparing your order for shipment, the package will be mailed from Salt Lake City, Utah via the shipping method chosen at checkout. Our most common shipping providers are the United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS). Most gift items will have a tracking number issued to them within 24 hours of being shipped. Once available, the tracking number will be located in the card history section of your account.

Cards w/ gifts mailed to addresses outside the United States-
After preparing your order for shipment, the package will be mailed from Salt Lake City, Utah via the shipping method chosen at checkout. International shipments are sent with various companies including Canada Post, Apple Express, UPS, CanPar, AU Post, BP Post. Most gift items will have a tracking number issued to them within 24 hours of being shipped. Once available, the tracking number will be located in the Card History section of your account.

Cards w/ Gift Cards-
After printing, your ordered gift card(s) will be inserted into the card and adhered to the inside of the card. The card will be sealed and deposited into the United States Post Office mail stream at a Salt Lake City, Utah postal facility within 24 business hours of printing. Most cards and gift card orders are not sent with a tracking number.
