When a card is created and sent with the send date as immediate, the card would be able to be edited or canceled up until 11:59 p.m. MST that night. After 11:59 p.m., the card can no longer be stopped or edited.**

Once the status on a card has been changed from "Pending" to "Fulfilled" the card can no longer be stopped or changed.

When a card is set to print on a future date, the card would be able to be edited or deleted up until 11:59 p.m. MST the night before the card is set to print.

Please view the instructions below to see how to Cancel a Pending card.

  1. Click the Account icon in the main toolbar on the left side of the screen.

2. Click the Card History icon on the left side of the screen.

3. Search for the card you wish to stop.

4. Place a checkmark to the left of the card.

5. Click the Cancel Card icon at the top of the page.

6. Confirm that you want to cancel the card by clicking Yes.

**Heartfelt or Automated Sends

If your Heartfelt or Automated send has an immediate send date, you can make changes to your pending cards until 11:59 p.m. (MT). This card will be sent out of the home office the following business day.

If your Heartfelt or Automated send has an immediate send date but you press Ready to Send AFTER 11:59 p.m. (MT), then you will have until 11:59 p.m. (MT) the following day to make any changes. Your card will not be sent until the following day.
Ex: Jane Doe sent her card on 4/1 at 8 p.m. (MT). Jane made changes to her personalized card on 4/2 at 4 p.m. (MT). On 4/3 Jane's card was printed, stuffed, stamped, and sent to the post office to be delivered to her recipient.

If your Automated send is future dated, you can make changes to your pending cards until 11:59 p.m. (MT) on the day before the send date.
